My work history includes corporate and non-profit experience. I have worked in small, med-sized and large organizations prior to starting my own business in 2005.
Work History
- Psychotherapy, 2008-present - Psychotherapy for couples, families and individual adults to develop greater self-awareness, resolve discontent, and evolve personally. As I started my business, I worked part time with wo community-based mental health agencies in NYC: Bleuler Psychotherapy Center (2007-2009) and The Family Center (2009-2010).
- Executive Coaching and Training Consultation, 2005-present - Provide individuals and organizations with training and development support for leadership and career growth. I work with corporate and non-profit executives. I have also worked with Stern, NYU's business school and am a consultant for MBA and global MBA students.
- Corporate History, 1994-2005 - Internal and external roles supporting management and leadership development, succession planning, and skills training. I have worked with Fortune 500 companies and boutique and mid-sized consulting firms.
- Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, 2009-2016 - Facilitator and Presenter at several Educational Symposiums to help patients develop an integrated health regimen and used mind-body or CBT techniques to manage stress and IBD.
